The intake fees vary by therapist and range from $125 - $250 for a 90-120 minute assessment.

Our session fees range from $80 - $265 depending on the therapist's experience and training as well as the type of therapy (individual, couples or family).

Payment plans may be coordinated if finances pose a concern. Please speak to our intake manager or the therapist who will manage the intake process.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to offer patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

I understand things come up, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. However, I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
