Trauma Therapy
For individuals who seek to process childhood trauma, a particular event, memory, or trauma, we specialize in Sensorimotor Processing training and EMDR. Both models work with the body to restore hope and healing from trauma.

FAQ – Things to Know

Yes. We can meet in person in Glendale, AZ, and Telehealth throughout Arizona.

Each client is individually unique and has their own story and what has brought them to therapy. Your therapist will walk you through this initially. Sometimes, however, it is hard to measure and give an approximate time frame.

Absolutely! If you follow the guidance, implement the practices, and are open to learning new skills.

Always! We are client-centered and want you to feel completely comfortable with what and when you share it.

If a therapist is not a good fit, please call the intake coordinator, and we’ll get your information and feedback so she can try to schedule you with a better therapist that fits you and/or provide you with referrals.

We offer Christian-based counseling for clients who would like their Christian worldview to be honored and utilized in their therapy process.

The intake fees vary by therapist and range from $125 - $250for a 90-120 minute assessment.
Our session fees range from $80 - $265 depending on the therapist's experience and training as well as the type of therapy. We do not accept insurance. However, we can offer clients a "superbill" which is a statement that can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement.

Interns are students finishing their counseling degree and obtaining clinical hours and supervision. Interns offer lower fees but also clinicians with fresh new knowledge and training. Associates are licensed but under supervision from a certified supervisor.
