Anca Sabo, MS, LMFT
Clinical Director/Owner
Marriage and Family Therapist
My name is Anca Sabo, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Clinical Supervisor. I am the founder of Hope Counseling Center. With a specialization in couples and family therapy, I provide a welcoming and sacred environment for individuals striving for deeper fulfillment within their most cherished relationships. I am trained in PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Sensorimotor Therapy (body-centered approach to understanding and treating trauma), and The Developmental Model for Couples Therapy.
Our therapists at Hope Counseling all have an approach that is relational, warm, yet strong and direct. In times of crisis, we need a LIGHTHOUSE that will be a beacon of HOPE. We want to know we are cared for, and that someone sees our pain, but we also need someone who can lead and guide and give HOPE.
Within this supportive space, our therapists draw from a variety of evidence-based methods (please view our services page) tailored specifically to meet the needs of adults, teens, children, couples, and families. We are a Trauma-Informed counseling center that draws upon an Attachment and Systems Focused Model. We are clinically trained to understand the impact of present or past trauma/attachment trauma and how it shapes our relationship with self, God and others. More importantly, we want clients to understand their past, not to relive it, but so that they can move past it with HOPE and to find HEALING.
“In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” Romans 8:37
For those who hold Christian faith, we offer Christian Integrated Therapy as a cornerstone of healing. This approach affirms a Christian Worldview, discusses God’s role in your healing journey, and employs spiritual resources to help you connect more deeply with your faith, finding strength and guidance that aligns with your values.
Our goal at HOPE is to honor your journey toward hope, healing, and authentic connection with God, self, others and to find an anchor in the storm. “We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.” Hebews 6:19
Andreea Leka, LPC
EMDR & Trauma Specialist
I consider it a privilege to walk through difficult seasons together, whether that looks like depression, anxiety, or a mixture of feelings too difficult to make sense of. I am passionate about working with individuals who have experienced different forms of trauma (physical, emotional, psychological, etc.). Following my graduate degree, I pursued Certification in Level 1 and Level 2 Sensorimotor Psychotherapy with an emphasis in Trauma and Developmental Injury.
I have concluded that healing is usually not a single event but a continuum that takes intentional time and space. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that we are mind, body and spirit and as we address each part of ourselves, we can strive to become our most authentic self.
Jason Dumitru, LMFT
Family & Individual Therapist
I specialize in working with males (adolescent or adult) that are struggling with a wide range of issues; in particular, identity issues/crises, life transitions, difficulty with relationships, and/or anxiety/depression. I utilize a more direct approach to therapy, similar to coaching, yet explore with clients the underlying therapeutic themes that are fueling their struggles.
In addition to my area of specialization, I also enjoy working with couples and family systems (with both adult and adolescent children) that desire a spiritual focus in their relational growth but find themselves stuck in communication, connection or commitment.
I am certified as a Level 1 Brainspot Therapist, I utilize the trauma-informed Developmental Model of Immaturity, and I take a non-judgmental, yet directive approach to therapy. My desire is to allow my clients to speak freely and be emotionally vulnerable while providing guidance, discernment, and hope.
Bianca Bennett, LAC
EMDR & Trauma Therapist
I am deeply compassionate towards those in pain and find immense fulfillment in witnessing individuals embrace lives filled with joy and purpose. Sharing joy is a profound expression of our humanity. While the road to healing may be challenging, it also holds countless transformative moments of self-discovery, spiritual awakening, and personal and relational growth. As a counselor, my mission is to walk alongside my clients on their path towards reclaiming joy and fulfillment, supporting them every step of the way.
My work focuses on aiding adults, teenagers, and children grappling with personal or relational challenges. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, unresolved traumas, or navigating through a period of uncertainty, I'm here to guide you through your healing process. Together, we'll delve into your life's difficulties, uncover their roots, and equip you with tools, insights, and clear direction to alleviate symptoms and find hope. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Family Therapy, I approach therapy through a Family Systems and Attachment framework, fostering an understanding of tools within the broader context of self and relational connections.
Mark Grochocki, LAMFT
Couples Therapist
I have a passion for helping marriages, families and individuals heal the painful parts of their lives that have held them back from thriving in every area of their life. The family system, whether our family of origin or our current family, plays such an important part in shaping the way we see and operate in this world and I am excited to help people learn how to operate and thrive within their family systems. Through my training at Fuller Theological Seminary and my 15 years as a pastor in the local church, I have gained an appreciation for relational dynamics seeing how there is hope for everyone no matter what type of trauma or pain one may have experienced in life. I have also been trained in Level 1 and Level 2 of the Gottman Method of Couples Training and I am a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and SYMBIS facilitator.
In session I use a variety of methodologies based on what may be most beneficial for that session including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, Solution focused therapy and others through the guidance of professional peers and supervisors. I have learned that to help clients heal and be successful in their relationships and in life it takes patience and working together to achieve success and healing.
Amanda Wild, LAC

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a strong background in public service. Before becoming a counselor, I worked as a classroom teacher, school counselor, and leader within the public education system. My training from Phoenix Seminary and Grand Canyon University, combined with my hands-on experience, allows me to draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Attachment Therapy, cognitive techniques, and communication strategies. These tools enable me to support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges, transitions, and growth.
I am deeply committed to creating a supportive, compassionate, and personalized counseling experience, built on trust and empathy. I specialize in helping women work through trauma and relational difficulties, including issues related to marital separation and divorce.
